CULTURA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS DE TI E A ESTRUTURA ORGANIZACIONAL
Este artigo trata do tema da cultura
de gerenciamento de projetos de TI, o qual é
muito pouco explorado na literatura. Dentro
desse contexto esta pesquisa tem como
objetivo analisar a relação entre estrutura
organizacional da empresa e a sua atuação no
mercado com a cultura de gerenciamento de
projetos. A fundamentação teórica da pesquisa
foi baseada na literatura sobre estrutura e cultura
organizacional. Trata-se de uma pesquisa
quantitativa, que contou com uma amostra de
256 profissionais que atuam no gerenciamento
de projetos de TI em organizações públicas e
privadas do Estado de São Paulo. Os dados
foram coletados no segundo semestre de 2016,
e entre os resultados obtidos destaca-se: as
estruturas organizacionais não influenciaram
positivamente a disseminação da cultura de

Abstract:
This article deals with the topic of
IT project management culture, which is little
explored in the literature. Within this context,
this research aims to analyze the relationship
between the organizational structure of the
company and its performance in the market
with the culture of project management. The
theoretical basis of the research was based
on the literature on organizational structure
and culture. It is a quantitative research that
had a sample of 256 professionals who work
in the management of IT projects in public
and private organizations in the State of São
Paulo. The data were collected in the second
half of 2016, and among the results obtained,
the organizational structures did not positively
influence the dissemination of the project
management culture.
