CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS: CONFLITOS VIVENCIADOS PELA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM NA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA
Os Cuidados Paliativo são direcionados ao enfermo e não mais sua enfermidade, é uma série de tratamentos que proporciona bem-estar para o cliente. Nesse sentido, é primordial a atuação da equipe de enfermagem como integrante da equipe interdisciplinar. O presente estudo tem como objetivo, analisar os conflitos vivenciados pela equipe de enfermagem que atuam em unidades de terapia intensiva sobre os cuidados paliativos. Este estudo fundamenta-se em uma pesquisa integrativa da literatura, realizada mediante a bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). Os critérios de inclusão foram: artigos publicados em português com os resumos disponíveis nas bases de dados selecionadas, no período compreendido entre 2015-2020. Conclui-se, que os profissionais da enfermagem são vistos como peças fundamentais nas tomadas de decisões frente a finitude, tendo em vista, que a oferta de uma morte digna é prioridade na assistência ao paciente na fase terminal, visto que, a redução do sofrimento do ente e da família é essencial na atuação da equipe.

Abstract:
Palliative Care is directed to the sick and no longer their illness, it is a series of treatments that provides well-being for the client. In this sense, the nursing team's role as a member of the interdisciplinary team is paramount. The present study aims to analyze the conflicts experienced by the nursing team working in intensive care units on palliative care. This study is based on an integrative literature research, carried out through the Databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). The inclusion criteria were: articles published in Portuguese with the abstracts available in the selected databases, in the period between 2015-2020. It is concluded that nursing professionals are seen as fundamental pieces in decision-making in the face of finitude, considering that the offer of a dignified death is a priority in the care of the patient in the terminal phase, since the reduction of the suffering of the person and the family is essential in the performance of the team.
