CUIDADOS DA ENFERMAGEM AOS PACIENTES COM INSUFICIÊNCIA RENAL CRÔNICA (IRC) EM TRATAMENTO DE HEMODIÁLISE (HD).
Objetivou-se no presente estudo descrever os cuidados de enfermagem ao paciente durante a terapia hemodialítica. Trata-se de uma revisão literária sobre a insuficiência renal crônica através de artigos científicos, livros com publicações entre os anos de 2005 e 2018 e Portarias do Ministério da Saúde. A Insuficiência Renal Crônica leva o paciente a um grande sofrimento, uma vez que o tratamento de hemodiálise exige muito do paciente, motivando esse estudo na busca de diversos tratamentos, para uma maior orientação à população. O presente trabalho relata a morfologia renal, apresentando a hemodinâmica e fisiopatologia renal, bem como o tratamento do paciente com Insuficiência Renal Crônica pela hemodiálise. A Sistematização de Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) é de fundamental importância, cabendo ao Enfermeiro realizar os diagnósticos de enfermagem e elaborar as intervenções necessárias, o que é objeto de estudo desse trabalho.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to describe the nursing care of the patient during hemodialysis therapy. It is a literary review about chronic renal failure through scientific articles, books with publications between 2005 and 2018 and Ordinances of the Ministry of Health. Chronic Renal Failure leads the patient to great suffering, since the hemodialysis treatment demands a lot from the patient, motivating this study in the search of several treatments, for a greater orientation to the population. The present work reports the renal morphology, presenting the hemodynamics and renal physiopathology, as well as the treatment of the patient with Chronic Renal Failure by hemodialysis. The Systematization of Nursing Assistance (SAE) is of fundamental importance, being the Nurse responsible for making the nursing diagnoses and elaborate the necessary interventions, which is the object of study of this work.
