CRISE DO CAPITAL E OS IMPACTOS DA REESTRUTURAÇÃO PRODUTIVA NA PRODUÇÃO DE CALÇADOS – REGIÃO DO VALE DOS SINOS/RS
O presente artigo é fruto dos debates
teóricos e pesquisa realizada junto aos sindicatos
e empresas na produção de calçados na região
do Vale dos Sinos/RS. O foco desta investigação
voltou-se às principais conexões econômicas e
políticas existentes entre as grandes empresas,
as médias e pequenas empresas (MPEs) e os
sindicatos de trabalhadores. Os pressupostos
teóricos tem origem na teoria marxiana que
visam a capitalismo não somente o a partir das
leis tendenciais do seu modelo econômico, mas
também das relações sociais que o conformam
e que lhe dão sustentação. A metodologia
baseou-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e
entrevistas realizadas junto a segmentos
institucionais de referência, como sindicatos de
trabalhadores e MPEs, através de questionário
com perguntas abertas. Os resultados deste
estudo nos revelam reflexões sobre os impactos
da reestruturação produtiva nas relações de
produção locais, principalmente no que tange
às manifestações da questão social frente a
interiorização e descentralização da produção.

Abstract:
This article is the result of
theoretical debates and research conducted
with unions and companies in the production of
footwear in the region of Vale dos Sinos/ RS.
The focus of this investigation has been on the
main economic and political connections that
exist between large enterprises, medium and
small enterprises (MSEs) and labor unions.
The theoretical presuppositions originate from
the marxian theory which aims at capitalism not
only from the tendential laws of its economic
model, but also from the social relations that
conform and support it. The methodology was
based on bibliographic research and interviews
conducted with reference institutional segments,
such as workers unions and MSEs, through a
questionnaire with open questions. The results
of this study reveal reflections on the impacts
of productive restructuring on local production
relations, especially regarding the manifestations
of the social issue facing the internalization and
decentralization of production.
