CREATION OF CREATING SHARED VALUE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
A teoria Creating Shared Value (CSV) busca suplantar o dualismo entre questões econômicas e questões sociais por meio da definição de políticas e práticas operacionais que melhorem a capacidade competitiva de uma empresa, enquanto avança simultaneamente o desenvolvimento das condições econômicas e sociais nas comunidades em que atua. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar as práticas relevantes que representam oportunidade de ligação dos resultados econômicos com os resultados sociais na cadeia produtiva da indústria da construção civil. Para tanto, adotou-se uma abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização da técnica da análise de conteúdo para definição das categorias e das dimensões do modelo, e quantitativa, com a utilizada a técnica de Multi-Attribute Global Inference of Quality (MAGIQ) para a definição dos pesos de cada elemento do modelo proposto. Por meio de um questionário estruturado, dezoito empresários do setor determinaram o peso avaliação do modelo. Os resultados indicam que a criação de valor compartilhado por meio da redefinição da cadeia de valor é a alternativa mais relevante para o setor construção civil e que a dimensão negócios é mais importante do que as dimensões ambiental e social. No tocante às categorias, destacam-se as da dimensão negócios Gestão da qualidade, Redução de custos e Desempenho Financeiro, as quais apresentaram os maiores pesos globais. Para a dimensão social, destaca-se a relevância encontrada para a categoria educação, sendo a mais importante em todos os cenários avaliados. Por fim, para a dimensão ambiental, vale destacar a categoria Água, a qual, somando-se todos os pesos globais, foi a mais importante, diferenciando-se dos atuais sistemas de avaliação da construção sustentável.

Abstract:
The Creating Shared Value (CSV) theory seeks to overcome the dualism between economic and social issues through the definition of operational policies and practices that improve a company's competitive capacity, while simultaneously advancing the development of economic and social conditions in the communities in which it operates act. The objective of this research is to identify the relevant practices that represent an opportunity to link economic results with social results in the productive chain of the construction industry. Therefore, a qualitative approach was adopted, using the content analysis technique to define the categories and dimensions of the model, and quantitative, with the Multi-Attribute Global Inference of Quality (MAGIQ) technique used for the definition of the weights of each element of the proposed model. Through a structured questionnaire, eighteen businessmen in the sector determined the weight of the model. The results indicate that the creation of shared value through the redefinition of the value chain is the most relevant alternative for the civil construction sector and that the business dimension is more important than the environmental and social dimensions. With regard to the categories, we highlight the business dimension Quality Management, Cost Reduction and Financial Performance, which presented the highest global weights. For the social dimension, the relevance found for the education category stands out, being the most important in all evaluated scenarios. Finally, for the environmental dimension, it is worth mentioning the Water category, which, adding all the global weights, was the most important, differentiating itself from the current systems for assessing sustainable construction.
