Abstract: The objective of this study is to understand whether there is transmission of antibodies against the pathogen responsible for COVID – 19, coming from mothers immunized for their children. The study for the development of this work is based on pointing out the benefits of breast milk, mainly regarding the antibodies provided by it, promoting the performance of the baby's immune system in establishing its defenses, since this production will contribute strongly to the scientific environment, bringing important information to the community, providing quality of life, motivating and stimulating vaccination, and safety for mothers and their babies against the pathogen COVID – 19. This is a systematic literature review that addresses the themes in the renowned platforms of scientific articles such as Google Scholar and Scielo. The results were discussed in the light of the theories addressed. It was found with the present study that according to the scientific findings were actually found in human milk through laboratory samples these antibodies ready to be passively transmitted to the baby, which is now the only way to protect the little ones against this pathology, because, until
