Este artigo analisa as atribuições

do coordenador pedagógico da escola e as

diferenças entre o seu papel e o do professor.

Objetiva identificar elementos que contribuam

para a formação continuada dos mesmos e ou

para a formulação de políticas da área. Tem como

pressupostos as contribuições desenvolvidas

por Franco (2008), Oliveira (2009), além de

pesquisas da Fundação Vitor Civita (2011) e

do Instituto Unibanco (2016). De abordagem

qualitativa, realizou análise de conteúdo em

entrevistas a 48 sujeitos. Constatou que, apesar

do volume de atribuições desenvolvidas, a

formação continuada dos professores, principal

missão do cargo, ainda constitui desafio a ser

efetivado por esses profissionais.

Abstract:
This article analyzes the

attributions of the pedagogical coordinator of the

school and the differences between its role and

that of the teacher. It aims to identify elements

that contribute to their continued education and /

or to the formulation of policies in the area. It has

as presuppositions the contributions developed

by Franco (2008), Oliveira (2009), as well as

researches from the Vitor Civita Foundation

(2011) and the Unibanco Institute (2016).

From a qualitative approach, he carried out

content analysis in interviews with 48 subjects.

Noted that, despite the volume of assignments

developed, the continuing training of teachers,

the main mission of the post, is still a challenge

to be fulfilled by these professionals.
