CONTRATO SOCIAL DO SÉCULO XXI E A DESCONTINUIDADE DA ORDEM
O artigo analisa as mudanças sociais contemporâneas que tanto emergem dos mercados, das sociedades (civis) e dos Estados, quanto os conformam. O topos para pensar essas três instituições é o Contrato Social, via contextualização histórica das suas transformações na era moderna e contemporânea. O objetivo do artigo é então contextualizar o contrato social em disputa na sociedade global e propor um posicionamento valorativo ou ético que oriente teoria e prática para a ação em sociedade.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the contemporary social changes that emerge from markets, societies (civil) and states, and conform them. The topos to think about these three institutions is the Social Contract, through the historical contextualization of its transformations in the modern and contemporary era. The purpose of the article is to contextualize the social contract in dispute in the global society and propose an ethical or value position that guides theory and practice for action in society.
