Contabilidade Pública com Ênfase em licitações e Contratos
O artigo a seguir traz como temática “Contabilidade Pública com ênfase em licitações e contratos, com o objetivo de mostrar que os contratos em geral, uma vez firmados, terão que ser obedecidos de forma total no que se refere à sua execução pelas partes contratantes e contratadas. Como se verá, é preciso respeitar, de maneira correta, as cláusulas estabelecidas regidas pela legislação pertinente, que é a Lei 8.666/93 e suas alterações. O artigo também exporá que a Administração Pública tem o poder de fiscalizar a execução do contrato, fato que está contido no Art.58 da Lei de Licitações citada acima. Ficará nítido que a Administração Pública será representada por um servidor nomeado para tal com o objetivo de fiscalizar e acompanhar as cláusulas pactuadas, sendo permitido ao contratado, também, o mesmo direito.

Abstract:
The following article brings the theme "Public Accounting with an emphasis on bids and contracts, in order to show that contracts in general, once signed, will have to be fully obeyed with regard to their execution by the contracting parties and contracted. As will be seen, it is necessary to correctly respect the established clauses governed by the relevant legislation, which is Law 8.666/93 and its amendments. The article will also explain that the Public Administration has the power to oversee the execution of the contract, a fact that is contained in Art.58 of the Bidding Law mentioned above. It will be clear that the Public Administration will be represented by a server appointed for this purpose with the objective of inspecting and following up on the agreed clauses, and the contracted party will also have the same right.
