CONSULTÓRIO NA RUA DE TAGUATINGA NO RESGATE À SAÚDE DO IDOSO COM TRANSTORNO MENTAL
Paciente idoso em situação de rua há 25 anos , com problemas de saúde mental , longe da família e com vínculos familiares frágeis. Foi atendido por uma equipe de estratégica de saúde da família que atende as populações em situação de rua , equipe do consultório na rua.
Realizamos o atendimento multiprofissional do paciente, conseguimos estabelecer vínculo entre equipe de profissionais e o idoso que favoreceu ao tratamento e sucesso no resgate e cuidado do paciente.

Abstract:
Elderly patient living on the streets for 25 years, with mental health problems, far from the family and with fragile family ties. He was assisted by a strategic family health team that serves the homeless population, a team from the clinic office street.
We performed the multidisciplinary care of the patient, we were able to establish a bond between the team of professionals and the elderly person who favored the treatment and success in the rescue and care of the patient.
