CONSTRUINDO INSTRUMENTO PARA VIABILIZAÇÃO DO PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM NO ATENDIMENTO À PUÉRPERA NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA
Este capítulo trata-se de um relato
de experiência sobre elaboração de um
instrumento para a efetivação do processo
de enfermagem no atendimento à puérpera
na atenção básica, no município de Santa
Rosa, no Rio Grande do Sul, objetivando a
construção de um instrumento para auxiliar
o Enfermeiro na sistematização do cuidado à
puérpera, viabilizando a implementação do
processo de enfermagem na atenção básica
de saúde. A experiência permitiu desenvolver
uma assistência pautada no conhecimento
científico com a utilização da North American
Nursing Diagnoses Association (NANDA) e
Nursing Interventions clasification (NIC), o que
proporciona mais segurança à puérpera e ao
profissional enfermeiro.

Abstract:
This chapter is an experience
report about the elaboration of an instrument
for the implementation of the nursing process in
the care of the puerperium in basic care in the
city of Santa Rosa, Rio Grande do Sul, aiming
at the construction of an instrument to assist
the nurse in the systematization of the care
to the puerpera, enabling the implementation
of the nursing process in basic health care.
The experience enabled the development
of scientific knowledge based on the use
of the North American Nursing Diagnoses
Association (NANDA) and Nursing Interventions
Classification (NIC), which provides more safety
to puerperal and nursing professionals.
