CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA TERRITORIALIDAD MAQUILADORA. EL USO DE LA VIOLENCIA EN LAS RELACIONES LABORALES.
El presente trabajo es resultado de la articulación, principalmente, de las disciplinas de Geografía y Sociología del Trabajo. Específicamente, hemos utilizado conceptos de la primera y metodologías de la segunda. Abordamos la problemática de la construcción de subjetividades en el territorio-fábrica de la naciente industria de las Maquilas en Alto Paraná-Paraguay. Las maquilas aún tienen una corta vida en el territorio paraguayo, por ende, no existe aún mucha bibliografía sobre el tema. Realizamos el trabajo a partir de tres entrevistas semiestructuradas a trabajadores de maquiladoras textiles. La técnica de muestro utilizada fue bola de nieve. Concluimos que el territorio-fábrica de las maquilas, es un espacio hostil que ofrece precarias condiciones de trabajo y, por sobre todo, que su territorialidad hostil influencia en la construcción de subjetividades en los/las trabajadores/as.

Abstract:
The present work is the result of the articulation, mainly, of the disciplines of Geography and Sociology of Work. Specifically, we have used concepts from the first and methodologies from the second. We address the problem of the construction of subjectivities in the factory-territory of the nascent Maquilas industry in Alto Paraná-Paraguay. The maquilas still have a short life in Paraguayan territory, therefore, there is still not much bibliography on the subject. We carried out the work from three semi-structured interviews with workers of textile maquiladoras. The sampling technique used was snowball. We conclude that the territory-factory of the maquilas is a hostile space that offers precarious working conditions and, above all, that its hostile territoriality influences the construction of subjectivities in the workers.
