CONSTRUÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE ESCALA DE ATITUDES EM RELAÇÃO AO COMPARTILHAMENTO DO CONHECIMENTO: ESTUDO COM PROFESSORES PESQUISADORES
Este artigo descreve resultados de um estudo que teve por objetivo construir e validar Escala de Atitudes em Relação ao Compartilhamento do Conhecimento no Ambiente Acadêmico (EACC-ACAD). O referencial teórico trata dos temas compartilhamento do conhecimento e atitudes. A presente pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa. Para desenvolver os itens do referido instrumento, utilizou-se uma pesquisa prévia de natureza qualitativa, especificamente, entrevista em profundidade. O instrumento foi respondido por 409 professores doutores pesquisadores brasileiros. Para verificar a validação do instrumento foram utilizadas análises fatoriais exploratória e confirmatória, o modelo foi testado com o uso da técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados demonstraram a existência de dois Fatores com variância total explicada (VTE) de 55,11%, validade de construto e validade discriminante. Dessa forma, Os resultados forneceram evidências de ser a EACC-ACAD uma medida bifatorial, com dois fatores consistentes e precisos, podendo ser utilizada como instrumento de pesquisa. Os resultados apresentaram uma atitude negativa com relação ao compartilhamento do conhecimento durante a geração e outra, parcialmente negativa, uma vez que depende da condição confiança. Esses resultados apontam para a necessidade de reavaliação dos critérios de incentivo à pesquisa e ao compartilhamento do conhecimento no ambiente acadêmico.

Abstract:
This article describes the results of a study that aimed to construct and validate the Attitude Scale for Knowledge Sharing in the Academic Environment (EACC-ACAD). The theoretical framework deals with the themes knowledge sharing and attitudes. This research is characterized as descriptive, with quantitative approach. To develop the items of the referred instrument, it was used a previous research of qualitative nature, specifically, in-depth interview. The instrument was answered by 409 Brazilian PhD professors. To verify the validation of the instrument, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were used, the model was tested using the structural equation modeling technique. The results demonstrated the existence of two Factors with total explained variance (VTE) of 55.11%, construct validity and discriminant validity. Thus, the results provided evidence that EACC-ACAD is a two-factor measure, with two consistent and accurate factors, and can be used as a research instrument. The results showed a negative attitude towards knowledge sharing during the generation and another, partially negative, since it depends on the trust condition. These results point to the need for reevaluation of research incentive criteria and knowledge sharing in the academic environment.
