CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM ESPECTROFOTÔMETRO DE ABSORÇÃO ATÔMICA MANUAL PARA O ENSINO DE QUÍMICA INSTRUMENTAL
A espectrometria de absorção atômica é uma técnica largamente utilizada para na determinação elementar das mais diversas amostras. Pode ser definida como o estudo da interação da matéria com a luz. Esta técnica é muito utilizada tanto em escala laboratorial, quanto industrial. Por este motivo, o entendimento desta técnica por alunos nos anos iniciais da graduação é extremamente importante. Sendo assim, o presente estudo propõe o desenvolvimento de um espectrofotômetro de absorção atômica manual, com materiais de fácil acesso, como proposta de uma ferramenta facilitadora na disciplina de Química Instrumental. Portanto, com esta ferramenta desenvolvida pelo aluno, o docente poderá abordar conceitos relacionados a técnica como por exemplo rede de difração, que juntamente com a construção do equipamento manual, este entendimento ficará facilitado.

Abstract:
Atomic absorption spectrometry is a technique widely used for the elemental determination of the most diverse samples. It can be defined as the study of the interaction of matter with light. This technique is widely used both in laboratory and industrial scale. For this reason, the understanding of this technique by students in the early years of graduation is extremely important. Therefore, the present study proposes the development of a manual atomic absorption spectrophotometer, with easily accessible materials, as a proposal for a facilitating tool in the discipline of Instrumental Chemistry. Therefore, with this tool developed by the student, the teacher will be able to address concepts related to the technique, such as a diffraction grating, which, together with the construction of the manual equipment, will facilitate this understanding.
