CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE O EXERCÍCIO DA DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR ATRAVÉS DA EXPERIÊNCIA NO PROGRAMA DE MONITORIA
O presente trabalho objetiva
apresentar as ações desenvolvidas no Programa
de Monitoria das disciplinas de Sociologia da
Educação, Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades
Educacionais e Planejamento Educacional
durante o 3º e 4º período do ano letivo de
2017, bem como analisar as contribuições
ocasionadas pelo acompanhamento/
monitoria para a formação docente e ensino
das disciplinas. Nesse sentido, o monitor em
conjunto com o professor orientador estarão na
busca por estratégias que venham intensificar
o processo de ensino-aprendizagem nas
componentes. As atividades são desenvolvidas
através de encontros quinzenais, levantamento
de bibliografia pertinente, acompanhamento
das disciplinas e correção de exercícios.
Dessa forma, o projeto de monitoria vem
a corroborar na melhoria do ensino da
graduação, oportunizando assim ao graduando
iniciação à docência no ensino superior, bem
como o desenvolvimento de habilidades e
conhecimentos teórico-prático. Desta forma,
pode-se inferir que o referido projeto vêm
corroborar com a docência no ensino superior
por meio de práticas e metodologias que visam
potencializar o ensino.

Abstract:
The present work aims to present
the actions developed in the Monitoring Program
of the Sociology of Education, Management of
Systems and Educational Units and Educational
Planning courses during the 3rd and 4th period
of the 2017 academic year, as well as to analyze
the contributions caused by the monitoring / for
the teaching and teaching of the disciplines. In
this sense, the monitor together with the tutor will
be in search of strategies that will intensify the
teaching-learning process in the components.
The activities are developed through biweekly
meetings, collection of pertinent bibliography,
monitoring of the disciplines and correction of
exercises. In this way, the monitoring project
confirms the improvement of undergraduate
education, thus giving the graduating student
the opportunity to teach in higher education,
as well as the development of theoretical and
practical skills and knowledge. In this way, it
can be inferred that this project corroborate with teaching in higher education through
practices and methodologies that aim to enhance teaching.
