CONHECIMENTO DOS ENFERMEIROS INTRA-HOSPITALARES DE UM HOSPITAL PÚBLICO SOBRE ATENDIMENTO PRIMÁRIO DO TRAUMA: XABCDE
Introdução: Anualmente 5,8 milhões de pessoas morrem por trauma em todo o mundo. Os hospitais precisam se adequarem ao PHTLS (Suporte Pré-Hospitalar de Vida no Trauma), principalmente no momento perante sua atualização. Já o enfermeiro intra-hospitalar deve, entre as suas competências, dar continuidade do APH, agir com raciocínio clínico para a tomada de decisão e a habilidade para executar as intervenções prontamente na urgência e emergência, visando prevenir agravos, proteger e recuperar a saúde da vítima. Objetivo: Conhecer o quanto esses profissionais enfermeiros no intra-hospitalar sabem sobre novo protocolo XABCDE, após sua atualização em 2018. Materiais e métodos ou Aspectos metodológicos Este trabalho trata-se de um estudo exploratório com aplicação de questionário, a enfermeiros que atuam no pronto socorro do hospital em município no sul de minas sobre atendimento primário do trauma. Resultados: O resultado final da pesquisa foi bastante satisfatório, já que 5 dos 6 enfermeiros intra-hospitalares estão cientes da atualização do novo protocolo e todos concordam que a mudança veio para melhorar o atendimento no trauma .Conclusão ou Considerações finais: O atendimento ao paciente traumatizado deve ser rápido e eficaz. Assim, o resultado que se teve é de que grande parte dos entrevistados, estão aptos e atualizados sobre o novo protocolo XABCDE do trauma.

Abstract:
Introduction: Every year 5.8 million people die from trauma worldwide. Hospitals need to adjust to PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Life Support in Trauma), especially at the moment after its update. Already the intra-hospital nurses should, therefore, among its competencies, give continuity to the APH, act with clinical reasoning for decision making and the ability to perform interventions promptly in the urgency and emergency, aiming to prevent injuries, protect and recover health of the victim. Objective: To know how much these intra hospital nurses know about the new XABCDE protocol, after its update in 2018. Materials and Methods ou Methodological Aspects: This work is a study exploratory with quiz applications, what is it about knowledge of the nurses in the intra hospital in the South of Minas about primary care of the trauma. Results: The end result of the research was quite satisfactory, as 5 of the 6 interhospital nurses are aware of the new protocol update and all agree that the change has come to improve trauma care. Final Considerations: Traumatized patient care must be prompt and effective. Like this, the result was that most interviewees are fit and updated about the new XABCDE trauma protocol.
