CONHECIMENTO DOS ADOLESCENTES SOBRE INFECÇÕES SEXUALMENTE TRANSMISSÍVEIS: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
As infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (ISTs), doenças sexualmente transmissíveis (DSTs) e a Síndrome da imunodeficiência adquirida (Aids), merecem enfoque prioritário, sobretudo quando o alvo das ações é a população jovem, pois as modificações biopsicossociais que ocorrem no adolescente podem interferir no processo natural do seu desenvolvimento. Este estudo objetiva investigar o conhecimento dos adolescentes sobre infecções sexualmente transmissíveis na Atenção Primária em Saúde como proposta de promoção á saúde nos últimos de 10 anos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados da Portal BioCursos, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Periódicos CAPES e Scielo (Scientific Eletronic Library Online), artigos publicados de 2000 a 2018, nos idiomas português, disponíveis na íntegra gratuitamente. Para a busca, empregaram-se os descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): “Educação em saúde”, “Promoção da saúde”, “Sorodiagnóstico da AIDS” e “Papel do profissional de enfermagem”. Os descritores foram combinados utilizando o operador booleano “AND” entre si. Há fragilidade entre o conhecimento sobre IST’s dos adolescentes e suas práticas, pode estar associada à constituição de questões imaginárias ancoradas no pensamento mágico e se expressam pela sensação de invulnerabilidade e também pela não incorporação dos conhecimentos veiculados, tornando os jovens mais expostos ao contágio das IST, DST e HIV. É fundamental a sensibilização para uma mudança de atitude entre adolescentes e adultos jovens frente à epidemia da AIDS, incentivando o comportamento de autoproteção, cujo impacto contribui para a situação de saúde e mudança do perfil da infecção e doença nesse grupo populacional.

Abstract:
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), deserve a priority focus, especially when the target of the actions is the young population, since the biopsychosocial changes that occur in adolescents can interfere in the natural process of their development. This study aims to investigate the knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted infections in Primary Health Care as a proposal to promote health in the last 10 years. This is an integrative literature review, carried out in the databases of the BioCursos Portal, Virtual Health Library (VHL), CAPES and Scielo journals (Scientific Eletronic Library Online), articles published from 2000 to 2018, in the Portuguese languages, available in full free of charge. For the search, the descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS) were used: "Health education", "Health promotion", "AIDS serodiagnosis" and "Role of the nursing professional". The descriptors were combined using the Boolean operator “AND” with each other. There is fragility between the adolescents' knowledge about STIs and their practices, it may be associated with the constitution of imaginary questions anchored in magical thinking and are expressed by the feeling of invulnerability and also by the non-incorporation of the conveyed knowledge, making young people more exposed to contagion STIs, STDs and HIV.: It is essential to raise awareness of a change in attitude among adolescents and young adults in the face of the AIDS epidemic, encouraging self-protection behavior, whose impact contributes to the health situation and changes in the profile of infection and disease in this population group.
