CONDIÇÕES AMBIENTAIS DO ALTO CURSO DO CÓRREGO TRÊS MARCOS EM UBERLÂNDIA-MG E A PERCEPÇÃO DE RISCOS AMBIENTAIS
O alto curso do córrego Três Marcos possui nascentes difusas e perenes que fornecem água para um rego d’água secular, que abastece cerca de 46 propriedades de agricultura familiar. Este estudo objetivou verificar as condições ambientais das áreas do alto curso do córrego Três Marcos em Uberlândia-MG e a percepção ambiental de usuários das águas oriundas da cabeceira deste córrego quanto ao aspecto conservação do solo e da água, visando identificar os riscos ambientais presentes na paisagem da área de estudo e os potenciais riscos à comunidade Olhos D’Água. Para isso, efetuou-se revisão bibliográfica, trabalhos de campo e diálogo não estruturado. A ocupação urbana desconsidera a importância das nascentes deste local para a população de Uberlândia. Os efeitos das ações antrópicas estão expressos na paisagem vulnerável da área. Existem bacias de contenção / infiltração de drenagem pluvial rompidas, vários processos erosivos, resíduos sólidos e animais na área de preservação permanente da cabeceira do mencionado córrego. Por meio do diálogo foi evidenciada a percepção dos camponeses quanto aos impactos existentes na área e riscos presentes, bem como a necessidade de preservar as nascentes.

Abstract:
The high course of the Três Marcos stream has diffuse and perennial springs which provides water to a secular water stream, which supplies about 46 family farming properties. This study aimed to verify the environmental conditions of the areas of the high course of the Três Marcos stream in Uberlândia-MG and the environmental perception of the users of the waters from the head of this stream in terms of conservation of soil and water, aiming to identify the environmental risks present in the landscape of the study area and the potential risks to the Olhos D’Água community. In order to achieve that, a literature review, fieldwork and unstructured dialogue were carried out. Urban occupation disregards the importance of the springs of this place for the population of the city of Uberlândia. The effects of human actions are expressed in the vulnerable landscape of the area. There are broken rainwater containment/infiltration basins, several erosive processes, solid residues and animals in the area of permanent preservation of the head of the mentioned stream. Through dialogue the perception of the peasants regarding the existing impacts in the area, and its scratchs presents, as well as the need to preserve the springs, were made evident.
