COMUNICAÇÃO INTERPESSOAL NO CENTRO CIRÚRGICO: CONTRIBUIÇÃO PARA A SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE
O destaque do Centro Cirúrgico (CC) no ambiente hospitalar deve-se a diversos fatores como a sua estrutura física, disposição de tecnologias e a integração entre equipe multiprofissional atuante com o objetivo de promover a melhor assistência cirúrgica aos pacientes. Objetivo: Descrever a experiência vivenciada por discentes quanto à observação da comunicação ineficaz no Centro Cirúrgico entre os profissionais, pacientes e os setores interligados durante o estágio supervisionado em Enfermagem no âmbito hospitalar. Método: Estudo descritivo, tipo relato de experiência, vivenciado pelos discentes de enfermagem durante a assistência aos pacientes admitidos no Centro Cirúrgico no período de agosto a novembro de 2019. Para o alcance de tais interesses recorrer-se-á metodologicamente a artigos publicados nas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciência da Saúde (LILACS) no período de 2013 a 2019. Considerações finais: O estudo proporcionou uma reflexão crítica sobre a importância da comunicação dentro do ambiente hospitalar e a necessidade do envolvimento dos profissionais de saúde.

Abstract:
The prominence of the Surgical Center (CC) in the hospital environment is due to several factors such as its physical structure, provision of technologies and the integration between the multiprofessional team acting with the aim of promoting the best surgical care to patients. Objective: To describe the experience lived by students regarding the observation of ineffective communication in the Surgical Center between professionals, patients and interconnected sectors during the supervised internship in nursing in the hospital environment. Method: Descriptive study, experience report type, experienced by nursing students during the assistance to patients admitted to the Surgical Center in the period from August to November 2019. For the achievement of such interests will resort methodologically to articles published in the databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) period from 2013 to 2019. Concluding remarks: The study provided a critical reflection on the importance of communication within the hospital environment and the need for the involvement of health professionals.
