COMPOSIÇÃO QUÍMICA E ATIVIDADE ANTIFÚNGICA in vitro DO ÓLEO ESSENCIAL DAS FOLHAS DE Hypts suaveolens
Foi analisada a composição
química por cromatográfica gasosa acoplada
à espectrometria de massas (CG-EM) e
atividade antifúngica contra Sclerotinea
sclerotiorum do óleo essencial das folhas
de Hyptis suaveolens. Foram identificados
19 compostos, destacando-se sanineno
(17,50%), 1,8-cincole (15,56%) e o germacrenoB (31,33%). Foi observada inibição média
de até 79% no crescimento micelial na
dose de 500 µl/mL. O óleo essencial é rico
em sesquiterpenos e apresenta atividade
antifúngica moderada.

Abstract:
Analyzed by molecular
chemistry by gas chromatography coupled to
mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and antifungal
activity against Sclerotinea sclerotiorum of the
essential oil of leaves of Hyptis suaveolens.
Nineteen compounds were identified, with
emphasis on saninene (17.50%) 1.8-fivele
(15.56%) and germacrene B (31.33%). From
a dose of 500 μl/mL. The essential oil is rich
in sesquiterpenes and exhibits moderate
antifungal activity.
