COMPONENTES DE GOVERNANÇA INTELIGENTE PARA O COMBATE À CORRUPÇÃO: UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DA ATUAÇÃO DO TRIBUNAL DE CONTAS DO ESTADO DO PARÁ
O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar os componentes da governança inteligente instituídos pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Pará (TCEPA) com fito de combater a corrupção. Para tanto utilizou-se da análise documental e de conteúdo nos atos normativos daquela instituição publicados no próprio sítio eletrônico do TCEPA no período de janeiro de 2014 a julho de 2019. Os resultados evidenciam que há políticas e ações que garantem a percepção de componentes de governança inteligente, principalmente nos últimos anos, realizadas muitas vezes de forma empírica, porém muito ainda se tenha à avançar para que esteja melhor estruturada quanto ao enfrentamento da corrupção e crescimento da demanda por parte da sociedade de atuação mais efetiva daquela instituição.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the components of smart governance established by the Court of Auditors of the State of Pará (TCEPA) in order to combat corruption. For this, we used the documentary and content analysis in the normative acts of that institution published on the TCEPA's own website from January 2014 to July 2019. The results show that there are policies and actions that guarantee the perception of governance components. intelligent, especially in recent years, often performed in an empirical way, but much has to be done to better structure corruption and increase demand from the most effective society in that institution
