Complicação após cirurgia bariátrica devido obstrução gastrointestinal por fitobezoar
A formação de bezoares é comum em pacientes que realizam gastroplastia ou gastrectomia, devido a redução da motilidade gástrica, perda da função pilórica e hipoacidez. Podem ser formados após meses ou até anos após a cirurgia. Dos casos já relatados é comum a apresentação de saciedade e vômitos persistentes. Uma das formas de evitar sua formação é através da orientação nutricional, que deve enfatizar a mudança dos hábitos alimentares, mastigando suficientemente, evitando a alimentação excessiva de alimentos com alto teor de fibras.

Abstract:
The formation of bezoars is common in patients undergoing gastroplasty or gastrectomy, due to reduced gastric motility, loss of pyloric function and hypoacidity. They can be formed after months or even years after surgery. Of the cases already reported, it is common to have satiety and persistent vomiting. One of the ways to avoid its formation is through nutritional guidance, which must emphasize the change in eating habits, chewing sufficiently, avoiding excessive feeding of foods with a high fiber content.
