COMPLEXUS DA MARÉ: O PROCESSO DE HOMOGENEIZAÇÃO DA SOCIEDADE E DA EDUCAÇÃO
O título desse trabalho partiu de
uma questão levantada por Gabriela Diker
(1997), em seu artigo A formação e a prática
do professorado: passado, presente e futuro
da mudança, que questionava: Como respeitar
as diferenças através de uma instituição cuja
estrutura é profundamente homogeneizante?
Essa pergunta fez crescer o interesse em
discutir alguns pontos relacionados à maneira
como a educação se apresenta frente às
demandas do mundo atual. O objetivo deste
trabalho é fazer alguns apontamentos sobre
a relação entre a sociedade contemporânea e
a educação, a partir de uma análise sobre os
CIEPs do Complexo da Maré. Aqui, faz-se um
convite para pensar a situação da educação
pública no país, pautada sobre um caráter,
essencialmente, político, pois os problemas
de administração escolar ou de orientação
técnico-pedagógica são apresentados como
consequência de uma ordem social que não se
interessa, de fato, pela realização de uma obra
educacional consistente. A escola não pode
ser compreendida como uma instituição alheia
aos acontecimentos econômico-sócio-políticos,
ou seja, não pode ficar restrita a apresentar
situações abstratas que não explorem,
criticamente, as interferências da sociedade
na vida dos sujeitos dessa sociedade. Quando
falo de sociedade, não me dirijo a qualquer
sociedade, detenho-me às questões da
sociedade capitalista, mais pontualmente,
sua relação com a educação. Muitos são os
pontos a serem superados quando se trata de
compreender o tempo e o espaço em que se
articulam as necessidades da sociedade frente
às mudanças dessas configurações econômicosócio-
políticas, e nesse cenário, cabe pensar e
discutir o papel da educação.

Abstract:
The title of this work came from a
question raised by Gabriela Diker (1997) in her
article Training and practice of teachers: past,
present and future of change, which asks: How
to respect differences through an institution
which structure is deeply homogenized? This
question has increased the interest in discussing
some points related to the way education is
presented according to the demands of our
currently world. The objective of this work is to
make some notes on the relationship between
contemporary society and education, from an
analysis of the CIEPs in Complexo da Maré.
Here, there is an invitation to think about the
state of public education in guided country on
a character essentially political, because the problems of school administration or
technical and pedagogical guidance are presented because of a social order that does
not care about the realization of a consistent educational work. The school cannot be
understood as an alien institution to the economic and socio-political events, it cannot
be restricted to present abstract situations that do not explore critically the interference
of society in the life of the subjects of that society. When I speak of society, I do not
drive me to any kind of society, but the capitalist society, and, more punctually, its
relationship to education. There are many points to be overcame when it comes to
understanding the time and space to articulate that the front society needs to change
these economic and socio-political settings, and in this scenario, we should think and
discuss the role of education.
