COMPARTILHAR CONHECIMENTO NO CONTEXTO DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o Compartilhamento de Conhecimento no contexto da gestão escolar, realizando um mapeamento através de uma revisão sistemática da literatura com termos sobre o compartilhamento de conhecimento, gestor e gestor escolar. Metodologicamente, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática de literatura nas bases de dados Scielo, Capes e Dimensions, com a utilização do Método SSF – Systematic Search Flow, que teve como proposito sistematizar o processo de busca nas bases de dados. Os levantamentos preliminares apresentados nesta revisão, realizados nas bases de dados da Capes, Scielo e Dimensions demonstraram que nos últimos 10 anos, não houveram estudos que se trata do Compartilhamento de Conhecimento no contexto da gestão escolar. Podendo verificar a escassez de estudos, o que vem a dificultar o entendimento de como que o Compartilhamento de Conhecimento contribui no contexto da Gestão Escolar. Contudo nos artigos há citações do Compartilhamento de Conhecimento, dentro das organizações.

Abstract:
This paper aimed to analyze the Sharing of Knowledge in the context of school management, mapping through a systematic review of the literature with terms about the sharing of knowledge, manager and school manager. Methodologically, a systematic literature review was carried out in the databases of Scielo, Capes and Dimensions, using the SSF Method – Systematic Search Flow, which aimed to systematize the search process in the databases. The preliminary surveys presented in this review, that were carried out in the Capes, Scielo and Dimensions databases, showed that in the last 10 years, there have been no studies adressing the Sharing of Knowledge in the context of school management. Being able to verify the scarcity of studies, which makes it difficult to understand how the Sharing of Knowledge contributes in the context of School Management. However in the papers there are mentions of the Sharing of Knowledge, within the organizations.
