COMO CONTRIBUIR NA CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA IDENTIDADE POSITIVA DE CRIANÇAS NEGRAS ENQUANTO EDUCADOR BRANCO.
Trata da necessidade de questionar
as práticas pedagógicas diante das ações
discriminatórias que ocorrem na sociedade,
buscando a valorização de uma educação
multicultural. A partir de revisão bibliográfica
e documental, aponta a importância de um
currículo que cumpra as leis que garantem o
ensino da cultura afro-brasileira nas escolas,
tendo como foco a contribuição, por meio da
apropriação histórica e da representatividade,
na construção de identidades positivas
de crianças negras. Questiona-se os
comportamentos discriminatórios enraizados na
sociedade por meio da cultura presente, além
da conscientização dos educadores brancos
de seus privilégios para que promovam uma
educação sem estereótipos

Abstract:
It addresses the need of questioning pedagogical practices in the face
of discriminatory actions that occur in society,
seeking the enhance of a multicultural education.
Based on a bibliographical and documentary
review, it points out the importance of a
curriculum that obeys the laws that guarantee
the teaching of Afro-Brazilian culture in schools,
focusing on the contribution, through historical
appropriation and representativeness, in the
construction of positive identities of black
children. It is questioned the discriminatory
behaviors rooted in the society through the
present culture, besides the conscientization of
the white educators of their privileges so that
they promote an education without stereotypes.
