COMO A TECNOLOGIA PODE PREJUDICAR AS CRIANÇAS E JOVENS
O intuito deste estudo não é depreciar a internet em relação às redes sociais entre outros fatores que causam prejuízo ao desenvolvimento cerebral. Mas sim, alertar para amenizar o processo de declínio da inteligência humana. Buscamos pontos positivos que corroborem com a própria necessidade, mas deixamos de analisar as nuances que podem trazer prejuízos não somente na nossa geração, mas nas gerações futuras. Isso faz parte de um processo de falta de empatia, em que se formatam falsas empatias, justificando um coletivo de transtornos dramáticos que é uma das consequências dos danos causados pelo mau uso da tecnologia. Não somente as redes sociais, mas o uso das telas e games. Vou tentar detalhar com base nos neurotransmissores, anatomia do cérebro, comportamentos e transtornos que comprovam a minha convicção publicada em 2018, que a internet está deixando as pessoas menos inteligentes focando sobretudo nas crianças e jovens.
A forma como a tecnologia e o uso da Internet podem afetar o desenvolvimento de crianças e jovens é um tema que está a atrair cada vez mais a atenção dentro da comunidade científica uma vez que, as evidencias das alterações são já percetíveis. Quando se aborda este tema não nos colocamos numa posição de veto e proibição, mas antes, numa ideia de esforço conjunto para compreender e minimizar os efeitos nocivos do seu mau uso. A questão aqui não é, portanto, interditar a internet e as redes sociais, mas sim, saber utilizá-las de forma inteligente. Por conseguinte devemos ter em mente que este é outro conceito fundamental: a inteligência. Esta é crucial para a saúde mental, desenvolvimento, evolução e devemos ter ações preventivas para a sua manutenção.

Abstract:
The intent of this study is not to disparage the internet in relation to social networks among other factors that cause damage to brain development. But rather, to warn against the process of the decline of human intelligence. We look for positive points that corroborate with the need itself, but we fail to analyze the nuances that can bring damage not only to our generation, but to future generations. This is part of a process of lack of empathy, which formats false empathy, justifying a collective of dramatic disorders that is one of the consequences of the damage caused by the misuse of technology. Not only social networks, but the use of screens and games. I will try to detail based on neurotransmitters, brain anatomy, behaviors and disorders that prove my conviction published in 2018, that the internet is making people less intelligent focusing especially on children and young people.
The way technology and Internet use can affect the development of children and young people is a topic that is attracting increasing attention within the scientific community because the evidence of change is already visible. When we approach this topic, we do not place ourselves in a position of veto and prohibition, but rather, in an idea of joint effort to understand and minimize the harmful effects of its misuse. The issue here is not, therefore, to ban the Internet and social networks, but to know how to use them intelligently. We must therefore keep in mind that this is another fundamental concept: intelligence. This is crucial for mental health, development, evolution, and we must have preventive actions for its maintenance. -
