COMBATE AOS FOCOS DO MOSQUITO Aedes aegypti: AÇÕES DO PROGRAMA SAÚDE NA ESCOLA, NO MUNICÍPIO DE MARABÁ-PA
O Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) é um programa do Ministério da Saúde, ocorre com a adesão dos municípios. As secretarias de Saúde e Educação do município de Marabá que em parceria com o curso de Saúde Coletiva trabalharam alguns dos temas do programa incluindo “Combate aos focos do Aedes aegypti”. O Trabalho de extensão foi realizado no interior do Pará na cidade de Marabá em diversas escolas do município, com o objetivo de sensibilizar e despertar o interesse dos alunos na tarefa de eliminação da água parada, ajudando assim a combater os focos do mosquito Aedes aegypti. Através da metodologia expositiva para o público infantil diversas atividades foram realizadas de acordo com a temática. O resultado da experiência foi enriquecedor na formação dos graduandos em Saúde Coletiva, que a partir da aproximação com a educação infantil vislumbraram a importância da sensibilização das crianças sobre este tema que é tão importante.

Abstract:
The Health in School Program (PSE) is a program of the Ministry of Health, with the participation of municipalities. The Health’s Secretary and Education of the municipality of Marabá that in partnership with the course of Collective Health worked some of the themes of the program including “Combat to the foci of Aedes aegypti”. Extension work was carried out in the interior of Pará, in the city of Marabá, in several schools in the municipality, with the objective of sensitizing and arousing students’ interest in the task of eliminating standing water, thus helping to combat the outbreaks of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Through the expositive methodology for the children’s audience, several activities were carried out according to the theme. The result of the experience was enriching in the training of the graduates in Collective Health, who from the approach with the infantile education glimpsed the importance of the children sensitization on this subject that is so important.
