COMBATE AO CORONAVÍRUS: A SITUAÇÃO DAS EQUIPES DE ATENDIMENTO DE EMERGÊNCIA NA CIDADE DE PARNAÍBA.
Introdução: A pandemia causada pelo novo Coronavírus chegou ao Piauí esmorecidamente, porém alarmante. Até o segundo bimestre, o estado era o segundo da região nordeste com o menor índice de casos e de mortes decorrentes da contaminação pelo novo vírus. Entretanto o cenário atual da doença em Parnaíba é preocupante, pois trata-se da região com a maior incidência de casos dentro do Piauí, o que despertou o interesse em abordar as experiências dos profissionais envolvidos na linha de frente. Objetivo: Essa pesquisa de índole científico-acadêmica, objetiva-se amplamente em compreender as vivências dos profissionais de saúde da cidade de Parnaíba que estão à frente do combate ao vírus no setor de emergência. Tomam-se por especificidades deste trabalho, descrever situações práticas de médicos, enfermeiros e técnicos de saúde, frente as adversidades que surgem no processo de atendimento a pessoas infectadas pela novo Coronavírus. Metodologia: O trabalho foi desenvolvido pelo método de pesquisa bibliográfica quanto-qualitativa, baseada em dados do portal de informações de saúde do Piauí. A coleta de alguns dados deu-se através de um questionário enviado a profissionais de saúde da rede pública estadual respeitando o decreto nº 466/2012 do CNS. Adiante, também foram consultados periódicos da OPAS, livros, artigos e documentos de domínio particular e público. Resultados: O surgimento de novos casos na cidade está diretamente ligado ao comportamento de seus munícipes, que não acataram as medidas restritivas de forma rígida, assim sobrecarregando o sistema de saúde da cidade. Conclusão: Em suma, um dos principais problemas de atendimento no setor emergencial de Parnaíba é a situação precária de trabalho a que os profissionais de saúde são submetidos. Ademais, segundo a pesquisa, o senso de responsabilidade humanitária destes profissionais é o pilar principal para a efetivação das estratégias propostas pelo órgão estadual de saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: The pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus arrived in Piaui in a weakened, but alarming way. Until the second quarter, the state was the second in the northeast region with the lowest rate of cases and deaths resulting from contamination by the new virus. However, the current scenario of the disease in Parnaiba is worrying, as it is the region with the highest incidence of cases within Piauí, which aroused the interest in addressing the experiences of the professionals involved in the front line. Objective: This scientific-academic research aims to broadly understand the experiences of health professionals in the city of Parnaíba who are at the forefront of combating the virus in the emergency sector. The specificities of this work are to describe practical situations of doctors, nurses and health technicians, in the face of the adversities that arise in the process of assisting people infected with the new Coronavirus. Methodology: The work was developed using the quantitative-qualitative bibliographic research method, based on data from the Piauí health information portal. The collection of some data took place through a questionnaire sent to health professionals from the state public health system, respecting the decree nº 466/2012 of the CNS. Ahead, PAHO journals, books, articles and documents in the private and public domain were also consulted. Results: The emergence of new cases in the city is directly linked to the behavior of its citizens, who did not strictly comply with the restrictive measures, thus overburdening the city's health system. Conclusion: In short, one of the main care problems in the emergency sector of Parnaíba is the precarious work situation to which health professionals are subjected. Furthermore, according to the research, the sense of humanitarian responsibility of these professionals is the main pillar for the effectiveness of the strategies proposed by the state health agency.
