Práticas clínicas no cuidado do enfermeiro com o usuário idoso: revisão integrativa de literatura
RESUMO
Objetivo: Identificar, nas produções científicas nacionais e internacionais, o processo de trabalho da enfermagem adotado nas práticas clínicas no cuidado do enfermeiro com o usuário idoso. Método: Revisão integrativa de literatura, realizada mediante publicações científicas disponíveis nas bases de dados BVS/Bireme/OPAS/OMS, LILACS, SciELO, MEDLINE/PubMed, ScienceDirect e Scopus. Resultados: Obtiveram-se 27 publicações que versavam sobre o conhecimento produzido acerca do modelo de trabalho da enfermagem adotado nas práticas clínicas com o usuário idoso, discutido a partir da dimensão biológica e psicológica, e voltado para a humanização do cuidado. Conclusão: Constatou-se que as publicações científicas encontradas privilegiam o cuidado voltado para assuntos pertinentes à Saúde da Família.

Abstract:
Clinical practices in nursing care for elderly patients: integrative literature review
ABSTRACT
Objective: To identify in the national and international scientific productions the nursing work process adopted in clinical practices in the care of Nurses with the elderly user.
Method: Integrative literature review, carried out through scientific publications available in the databases: (VHL) / Bireme / PAHO / WHO, LILACS, SciELO, MEDLINE / PubMed, ScienceDirect and Scopus.
Results: 27 publications were obtained that dealt tchnical knowledge about the nursing work model adopted in clinical practices with the elderly user, discussed from the biological and psychological dimension, and focused on the humanization of care.
Conclusion: It was found that, despite the relevance of the theme and the various ways that the subject could be worked within nursing, in academic work the approach is still low and favors care focused on issues pertinent to Family Health.
