CISTO DENTÍGERO RECIDIVADO COM COMPORTAMENTO RADIOLÓGICO DIFERENCIADO: RELATO DE CASO
O cisto dentígero tem a prevalência de aproximadamente 20% nos ossos gnáticos. Em radiografias, se apresentam com imagem radiolúcida unilocular bem delimitada envolvendo a coroa de um dente incluso, porém podem apresentar variações. Paciente masculino, 40 anos foi referenciado ao Serviço de Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial do Hospital Regional de Ponta Grossa, com a presença de uma lesão infectada associada a terceiro molar inferior, com aspecto radiológico multilocular. Após recidiva e nova abordagem com osteotomia periférica, o paciente retornou com o mesmopadão radiológico, sendo então submetido a nova biópsia, com o mesmo resultado. No momento encontra-se em acompanhamento, pois se sugere alteração no padrão normal com presença de defeito ósseo. Dessa forma, é necessário o conhecimento de variações para tomada de conduta do Cirurgião Bucomaxilofacial.

Abstract:
The dentigerous cyst has a prevalence of approximately 20% in the gnathic bones. On radiographs, they present with a well-delimited unilocular radiolucent image involving the crown of an impacted tooth, but they may present variations. A 40-year-old male patient was referred to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service of the Ponta Grossa Regional Hospital, with the presence of an infected lesion associated with a lower third molar, with a multilocular radiological appearance. After recurrence and a new approach with peripheral osteotomy, the patient returned with the same radiological pattern, being then submitted to a new biopsy, with the same result. He is currently being followed up, as a change in the normal pattern with the presence of a bone defect is suggested. Thus, it is necessary to know the variations for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon's conduct.
