CERATOSE ACTÍNICA: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Introdução – A ceratose actínica é uma lesão pré-maligna que acomete áreas fotoexpostas a luz solar, atingindo especialmente mulheres, pessoas de meia idade e idosos com pele clara, a sua principal forma de prevenção é a proteção solar e o diagnóstico precoce para que a doença não evolua. Metodologia – Estudo de revisão de literatura, que buscou evidências mais atuais sobre a ceratose actínica. A busca por literatura foi realizada nos bancos de dados SciELO, LILACS e nos anais da Sociedade Brasileira de Dermatologia, publicadas entre 2014 e 2021. Resultados e Discussões – Foram selecionados 5 artigos, após identificar, avaliar e sintetizar as evidências relevantes disponíveis, aplicando os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. As pesquisas e análises abordaram a reação da vitamina D nos pacientes com a lesão, os tratamentos com terapia fotodinâmica e metilaminolevulinato, nível de conhecimento da população com relação a proteção solar e prevenção executada, diminuição do número de CA e a melhora da textura e cor da pele em tratamentos realizados com TFD e MAL-TFD-padrão e sobre a crioterapia com nitrogênio líquido. Considerações finais – As ceratoses actínicas são lesões comuns na pele danificada pelo sol e quando pigmentadas representam dificuldades no diagnóstico e impactam na qualidade de vida dos pacientes, dessa forma as recentes descobertas da patogenia tem promovido avanços pois o reconhecimento e o tratamento podem evitar a evolução da lesão.

Abstract:
Introduction - Actinic keratosis is a pre-malignant lesion that affects areas photoexposed to sunlight, affecting especially women, middle-aged and elderly people with fair skin. Its main form of prevention is sun protection and early diagnosis so that disease does not evolve. Methodology - Literature review study, which sought more current evidence on actinic keratosis. The search for literature was carried out in the SciELO, LILACS databases and in the annals of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology, published between 2014 and 2021. Results and Discussions - 5 articles were selected after identifying, evaluating and synthesizing the relevant evidence available, applying the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Research and analysis addressed the reaction of vitamin D in patients with the lesion, treatments with photodynamic therapy and methylaminolevulinate, the level of knowledge of the population regarding sun protection and prevention, decreased number of AC and improved texture and color of skin in treatments performed with TFD and MAL-TFD-standard and on cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen. Final considerations - Actinic keratoses are common lesions on skin damaged by the sun and when pigmented represent difficulties in the diagnosis and impact on the quality of life of patients, thus the recent discoveries of the pathogenesis have promoted advances because the recognition and the treatment can prevent the evolution of the lesion.
