CARÁTER DO ATENDIMENTO DE PACIENTES INTERNADOS POR OSTEOARTRITE NOS ÚLTIMOS 9 ANOS EM SERGIPE
A osteoartrite é a forma mais comum de doença articular e afeta principalmente quadris, joelhos, mãos e pés, levando a grande incapacidade e perda de qualidade de vida, sobretudo na população idosa. O presente estudo pretende analisar a relação caráter do atendimento-internação em pacientes com osteoartrite no estado de Sergipe e suas variações ao longo dos anos. Para isso, foi utilizado um estudo exploratório documental com dados secundários obtidos pelo DataSUS com o Sistema de Informações Hospitalares (SIH) sobre a influência do atendimento eletivo ou urgente nos pacientes internados por osteoartrite em Sergipe no intervalo de outubro de 2008 a outubro de 2017. Os resultados apontaram que a maioria dos pacientes internados com osteoartrite, nos anos de estudo, foi atendida de forma eletiva, mesmo que em dois anos sequenciais tenha ocorrido um predomínio do caráter urgente de atendimento nos pacientes internados. Nos anos de 2008 a 2017 houve um aumento de alarmantes na internação por artrose e, apesar da maioria desses ter sido atendida de forma eletiva, o caráter urgente de atendimento cresceu. Dessa forma, constatou-se que a relação caráter do atendimento-internação em pacientes com osteoartrite no estado de Sergipe é pouco uniforme ao longo dos anos.

Abstract:
Osteoarthritis is the most common form of joint disease and affects mainly hips, knees, hands and feet, leading to great disability and loss of quality of life, especially in the elderly population. The present study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of care and hospitalization in patients with osteoarthritis in the state of Sergipe and its variations over the years. For this, an exploratory documentary study was used with secondary data obtained by DataSUS with the Hospital Information System (SIH) on the influence of elective or urgent care on patients hospitalized for osteoarthritis in Sergipe in the interval from October 2008 to October 2017. The results pointed out that the majority of patients hospitalized with osteoarthritis, in the years of study, were seen electively, even though in two sequential years there was a predominance of the urgent nature of care in hospitalized patients. In the years from 2008 to 2017 there was an alarming increase in hospitalizations for osteoarthritis, and although most of these were seen electively, the urgent nature of care grew. Thus, it was found that the relationship between the character of care and hospitalization in patients with osteoarthritis in the state of Sergipe is not very uniform over the years.
