CARACTERIZAÇÃO DO ECOSSISTEMA UNIVERSITÁRIO EMPREENDEDOR DA UTFPR
Os Ecossistemas de Inovação e Empreendedorismo são ambientes que possibilitam a criação e o desenvolvimento de negócios e soluções inovadoras e afetam o desenvolvimento econômico, tecnológico e social de uma região. Este estudo apresenta como tema os Ecossistemas de Inovação e Empreendedorismo, que surgiram entre os anos 80 e 90 partindo da análise da personalidade do empreendedor para uma perspectiva que agrupa a função social, cultural e econômica no processo empreendedor. Este artigo tem como objetivo caracterizar o Ecossistema Universitário Empreendedor (EUE) da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – UTFPR quanto ao seu papel em ecossistemas de inovação e empreendedorismo (EIE). Será utilizada como subsídio a abordagem dos Ecossistemas de Inovação e Empreendedorismo e metodologia de análise dos indicadores de avaliação dos ecossistemas universitários inovadores de Ruth Graham. Esta pesquisa se caracteriza como aplicada de natureza descritiva, documental, com abordagem qualitativa e estratégia estudo de caso único. Como resultado da pesquisa, observou-se que a UTFPR vem destacando ações de estímulo à inovação e ao empreendedorismo, modernização da sua abordagem por meio da atualização dos documentos institucionais, possibilitando a transferência de tecnologia e inovação à sociedade, promovendo o desenvolvimento local e regional do seu entorno por meio do seu EUE.

Abstract:
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystems are environments that enable the creation and development of innovative businesses and solutions and affect the economic, technological and social development of a region. This study has as its theme the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystems, which emerged between the 80s and 90s, starting from the analysis of the entrepreneur's personality to a perspective that groups the social, cultural and economic function in the entrepreneurial process. This article aims to characterize the Entrepreneurial University Ecosystem (EUE) of the Federal Technological University of Paraná - UTFPR regarding its role in innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems (EIE). It will be used as a subsidy the approach of the Ecosystems of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and methodology of analysis of the evaluation indicators of the innovative university ecosystems of Ruth Graham. This research is characterized as applied in a descriptive, documentary nature, with a qualitative approach and a unique case study strategy. As a result of the research, it was observed that UTFPR has been highlighting actions to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship, modernizing its approach by updating institutional documents, enabling the transfer of technology and innovation to society, promoting local and regional development of your surroundings through your EUE.
