CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA IDENTIDAD PERSONAL DEL DOCENTE INCLUSIVO EN RELACIÓN AL GÉNERO
La inclusión busca formas más adecuadas de responder a la diversidad al centrarse en la identificación y eliminación de las barreras. El presente trabajo muestra un análisis comparativo de características de la identidad personal del docente inclusivo. El diseño es no experimental transversal con enfoque cuantitativo. La población fueron 255 docentes de educación básica comprendido por preescolar, primarias y secundarias. El objetivo identificar las características en relación a las medias sobre la identidad personal del docente inclusivo considerando la variable género. El instrumento un cuestionario con 105 ítems. Se realizó un análisis comparativo de medias. Los resultados muestran que las mujeres consideran en mayor medida que aprender un lenguaje de señas mexicanas, las emociones, la voluntad y el fracaso son características que se relacionan con la identidad personal del docente inclusivo.

Abstract:
Inclusion seeks more appropriate ways to respond to diversity by focusing on the identification and elimination of barriers. The present work shows a comparative analysis of characteristics of the personal identity of the inclusive teacher. The design is a cross-sectional experimental design with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 255 teachers of basic education comprising preschool, primary and secondary schools. The objective is to identify the characteristics in relation to the media on the personal identity of the inclusive teacher considering the gender variable. The instrument is a questionnaire with 105 items. A comparative analysis of means was carried out. The results show that women consider as they learn a language of Mexican señas, emotions, willingness and failure are characteristics that relate to the personal identity of the inclusive teacher.
