CAPTAÇÃO DE SEMENTES DE OSTRAS NATIVAS ATRAVÉS DE COLETORES ARTIFICIAIS NO ESTUÁRIO DO RIO CURURUCA, PAÇO DO LUMIAR-MA
O estudo tem como objetivo determinar o tipo de coletor e as condições ambientais que maximizam o recrutamento das sementes de ostras do gênero Crassostrea. As coletas foram conduzidas durante 3 meses, entre 2018 e 2019 (dezembro, abril e maio) no estuário do Rio Cururuca, Paço do Lumiar-MA, em dois locais distintos: infralitoral e mesolitoral. As coletas foram realizadas utilizando garrafas PET com diferentes características: lisa, com pó de sarnambi, com e sem proteção do fluxo de água. Os resultados indicaram que a captação de sementes foi influenciada pelo tipo de coletor, que foi significativamente maior no coletor de pet com pó de sarnambi e com proteção. O recrutamento ocorreu durante todo o período de coleta, sugerindo reprodução mensal e sem variação estatística entre os meses (P>0,05, teste de Kruskal-Wallis).

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to determine the type of collector and the environmental conditions that maximize the recruitment of Crassostrea oyster spats. The collections were conducted for 3 months, between 2018 and 2019 (december, april and may) in the Cururuca River estuary, Paço do Lumiar-MA in two distinct sites: infralittoral and midlittoral. The collections were used using PET bottles with different characteristics: smooth, with clam’s powder, with and without water flow´s protection. The results indicate the type of collector influenced that seed uptake, which was higher in the collector of pets with clam’s powder and protection. Recruitment occurred throughout the collection period, suggesting monthly reproduction and no statistical variation between months (P> 0.05, Kruskal-Wallis).
