CAPACITANDO PARA INTEGRAR ENSINO E ASSISTÊNCIA
O curso “A Sistematização da Assistência em Enfermagem: capacitação para enfermeiros” foi oferecido à instituição de saúde como contrapartida pelo oferecimento de campos de estágio para os alunos de graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Brasil. Este curso foi desenvolvido nos meses de maio, junho e julho de 2017, sendo o total de participantes (90 enfermeiros) divididos em 3 grupos de 30 cada, variando conforme a área de atuação na instituição hospitalar. Cada um dos grupos recebeu um total de 16h de aula teórica e 8 h de aula com atividade pratica. Os encontros eram semanais, com 8 h diárias, perfazendo um total de 3 encontros para cada um dos grupos com 30 profissionais. A escolha da temática foi feita pela instituição de saúde, sendo em função da importância da melhoria contínua e o aperfeiçoamento da assistência dos servidores de enfermagem da instituição. A sequência desenvolvida foram aulas teóricas, com discussão temática com teorias de enfermagem; legislação, processo de enfermagem, exame físico, propedêutica e taxonomia. Na aula pratica foram realizadas oficinas para análise, discussão e elaboração de proposta de revisão do instrumento da SAE do referido hospital. Os enfermeiros indicaram que ter participado do curso possibilitou agregar qualidade ao processo de trabalho, ter maior interação com os docentes, que oferecem e socializam conhecimentos atualizados, permitindo discutir duvidas no desempenho das atividades; esta troca de conhecimento solidifica a relação entre os profissionais, possibilitando crescimento e aprendizado mútuo entre docentes, enfermeiros e alunos.

Abstract:
The course “Systematization of Nursing Care: Training for Nurses” was offered to a health institution and in return it offered internship fields for undergraduate nursing students attending at University Brazil. This course was developed in May, June and July 2017, and the total number of participants (90 nurses) was divided into 3 groups of 30 each, varying according to the area of practice in the hospital institution. Each group received a total of 16 hours of lecture and 8 hours of practical activity. The meetings were weekly, with 8 hours daily, making a total of 3 meetings for each group. The choice of the theme to be discuted was made by the health institution, due to the importance of continuous improvement of care from the institution's nursing staff. The sequence developed were theoretical classes, with thematic discussion with nursing theories; legislation, nursing process, physical examination, propaedeutics and taxonomy. In the practical class, workshops were held for analysis, discussion and preparation of the proposal for revision of the SAE instrument of the referred hospital. The nurses that ended the course made it clear the possibility to add quality to the actual work process thanks to it, besides having greater interaction with the teachers, who offerred and shared updated knowledge, allowing to discuss doubts on the performance of activities; This knowledge exchange solidifies the relationship between professionals, enabling growth and mutual learning between teachers, nurses and students
