CAPACITAÇÃO TÉCNICA PARA PROFISSIONAIS DA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA SOBRE PARADA CARDIORRESPIRATÓRIA NO AMBIENTE PRÉ-HOSPITALAR
Introdução: A condução terapêutica, por vezes deficiente, das doenças crônicas na Atenção Básica pode contribuir para o surgimento de complicações que podem se tornar uma emergência, entre elas a Parada Cardiorrespiratória, a qual pode se constituir como uma situação de difícil manejo pelos profissionais desse nível de atenção à saúde, visto que não lidam cotidianamente com essa criticidade no atendimento. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de acadêmicos durante a capacitação de profissionais da Atenção Básica sobre parada cardiorrespiratória no ambiente extra-hospitalar. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência acerca da capacitação de profissionais das unidades básicas do município de Picos-PI. Essas atividades aconteceram com base em um planejamento com as gerentes de cada unidade. Resultados: A atividade foi realizada com abordagem teórico-prática, sob supervisão de profissionais do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Aconteceram em quatro encontros, totalizando a participação de 45 profissionais, entre eles: técnicos de enfermagem, recepcionista, agente comunitário de saúde, zelador, porteiro, fisioterapeuta e enfermeiras. Foram abordadas condutas de Suporte Básico de Vida para parada cardiorrespiratória desde sua identificação até a chegada do serviço especializado. Pra isso, utilizou-se dispositivo bolsa-válvula-máscara, manequins adulto e pediátrico. As equipes demonstraram interesse e participação evidenciada por questionamentos e esclarecimento de dúvidas além de estarem dispostos para praticar as manobras até o aperfeiçoamento. Ao final, foram feitas indagações sobre o conteúdo, constatando-se um resultado satisfatório. Esse treinamento é imprescindível, pois além de ser um evento inesperado, muitos usuários procuram primeiro a unidade básica. Conclusão: As capacitações sobre parada cardiorrespiratória são de grande relevância e interesse dos profissionais porque eles sentem-se aptos a conduzir essa situação da forma correta com a possibilidade de menos erros e maior chance de sobrevida dos pacientes. Além disso, os acadêmicos desenvolvem habilidades para sua atuação profissional quando praticam as condutas repetidas vezes para repassar aos demais.

Abstract:
Introduction: The therapeutic conduct, sometimes deficient, of chronic diseases in Primary Care may contribute to the emergence of complications that may become an emergency, including cardiorespiratory arrest, which can be a difficult situation for professionals to manage this level of health care, since they do not deal daily with this criticality in care. Objective: To report the experience of academics during the training of primary care professionals on cardiorespiratory arrest in the out-of-hospital environment. Methodology: Descriptive study, of the type experience report about the training of professionals from the basic units of the municipality of Picos-PI. These activities took place based on a planning with the managers of each unit. Results: The activity was carried out with a theoretical- practical approach, under the supervision of professionals from the Mobile Emergency Care Service. Four meetings took place, totaling the participation of 45 professionals, among them: nursing technicians, receptionist, community health agent, caretaker, porter, physiotherapist and nurses. Basic Life Support approaches for cardiorespiratory arrest were addressed from identification to the arrival of the specialized service. For this, a bag-valve-mask device, adult mannequins and pediatric mannequins were used.
