CAPACITAÇÃO DE DOCENTES EM EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA NA UNIVERSIDADE ESTADUAL DE GOIÁS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG)
por meio do Centro de Aprendizagem em Rede
– CEAR conta com a Capacitação em Educação
a Distância (EaD) ofertado periodicamente. Este
relato objetivou a caracterização dos processos
formativos para docentes em EaD, com a
construção de disciplinas para oferta nos Campi
da UEG. O universo foram os 41 Campi da UEG,
e inscreveram-se no curso de Planejamento e
Construção de Disciplina/Curso em EaD, setenta
e dois professores. Estes representaram 18
(43,9%) Campi da UEG do total de 41. Os vinte e
dois docentes (30,55%) que concluíram o curso
pertencem a 10 (24,39%) Campi da UEG. Os
resultados mostram que, ainda há resistência
por parte dos professores na utilização de novas
tecnologias no processo educacional, o que
caracteriza a baixa adesão. Essa resistência
evidenciou obstáculos na execução das atividades
propostas e na postagem dentro do prazo. Embora
o curso ocorra em sua maior parte à distância,
os aspectos humanos, caracterizados pelo
acompanhamento e a orientação realizados pelos
professores/tutores do CEAR, foram fundamentais
para o êxito dos docentes. Compreendeu-se com
esse relato que ser professor está se tornando
cada vez mais desafiador, pois exige o rompimento
daquilo que é ‘habitual e rotineiro’, estimulando
a pensar em uma ação pedagógica inovadora e
tecnológica. E que a capacitação dos professores
da UEG em EaD, contribuiu na qualificação de
sujeitos ativos e comprometidos, capazes de
buscar, criar, aprender e intervir satisfatoriamente
na formação discente.

The State University of Goiás (UEG)
through the Network Learning Center - CEAR has
the training in Distance Education (DE) offered
periodically. This report aimed to characterize the
educational processes for teachers in distance
education, with the construction of disciplines
to offer in UEG Campi. The universe was 41 UEG
Campi, and enrolled in the course of Planning and
Building Course/Course in Distance Education,
seventy-two teachers. These accounted for 18
(43.9%) of the total 41 UEG Campi. The twentytwo
teachers (30.55%) who completed the course
belong to 10 (24.39%) UEG Campi. The results
show that there is still resistance from the teachers in the use of new technologies in
the educational process, which characterizes the low adhesion. This resistance showed
obstacles in implementing the proposed activities and posting within. Although the course
occurs mostly at a distance, the human aspects, characterized by monitoring and guidance
conducted by CEAR teachers/ tutors, were fundamental to the success of teachers. Realized
with this account that being a teacher is becoming increasingly challenging, since it requires
the disruption of what is ‘normal and routine’, stimulating thinking in an innovative and
technological pedagogical action. And the training of teachers in UEG distance education
contributed in qualifying assets and committed individuals, able to search, create, learn
and intervene successfully in student training.
