CÂNCER DE MAMA: A ABORDAGEM BIOPSICOSSOCIAL DA MULHER NO CONTEXTO DA ONCOLOGIA MAMÁRIA
No contexto da oncologia mamária analisar a figura feminina em todos seus aspectos humanos, físicos, psicológicos e sociais, durante o ciclo do câncer de mama faz-se pertinente em uma sociedade marcada pela estigmatização da doença e por preconceitos que envolvem todas as transformações corporais promovidas pela patologia. Conscientizar família, amigos e equipe médica sobre a necessidade de relevar as emoções, os medos e os sentimentos da mulher doente desde o diagnóstico até o pós-tratamento promove impacto positivo na resposta terapêutica, reabilitação física e psicoemocional, consequentemente, na qualidade de vida. Desta forma, levando dignidade ao ser humano por trás da neoplasia mamária. O presente estudo é revisão narrativa, cujo levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado através de pesquisa na base de dados virtuais SciELO, Medline e Realyc, nos meses de maio e junho de 2018, acerca da temática dos fatores biopsicossociais presentes no contexto do câncer de mama utilizando os seguintes descritores: câncer de mama, modelos biopsicossociais, sobrevivência ao câncer, feminilidade. O modelo biopsicossocial salienta que a compreensão de todas as perspectivas da mulher acometida pelo câncer de mama é, principalmente, dignificar a essência humana presente em uma doença crônica que causa não apenas sequelas físicas, mas também emocionais e psicológicas.

Abstract:
In the context of breast oncology, to analyze the female figure in all its human, physical, psychological and social aspects during the cycle of breast cancer is pertinent in a society marked by stigmatization of the disease and by prejudices involving all the bodily transformations promoted by the pathology. Raising awareness among family, friends and medical staff about the need to take into account the emotions, fears and feelings of the sick woman from diagnosis to post-treatment promotes a positive impact on the therapeutic response, physical and psycho-emotional rehabilitation, and consequently, on the quality of life. Thus, bringing dignity to the human being behind the breast neoplasm. The present study is narrative review, whose bibliographic survey was carried out through research in the virtual databases SciELO, Medline and Realyc, in the months of May and June 2018, about the theme of biopsychosocial factors present in the context of breast cancer using the following descriptors: breast cancer, biopsychosocial models, cancer survival, femininity. The biopsychosocial model emphasizes that understanding all the perspectives of the woman affected by breast cancer is mainly to dignify the human essence present in a chronic disease that causes not only physical sequelae, but also emotional and psychological.
