BURNOUT NA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM NO AMBIENTE HOSPITALAR
Objetivo: identificar na produção científica nacional os riscos para Burnout na equipe de enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar. Métodos: estudo de revisão integrativa que abordou os três fatores desencadeantes da Síndrome: exaustão emocional, despersonalização e realização pessoal. Das produções científicas buscadas entre 2009-2015, na base de dados da SciELO, foram selecionados quatro artigos, considerando os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Resultados: dos 72 artigos encontrados, foram selecionados para análise 11 artigos para a leitura completa dos textos, sendo descartados sete artigos e incluídos quatro estudos que abordavam os riscos para Burnout na equipe de enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar. Na sequência os artigos selecionados no estudo formaram a discussão da análise baseada nos três fatores desencadeantes da síndrome de Burnout: exaustão emocional; despersonalização; redução da realização pessoal e profissional. Considerações finais: o estudo mostrou que as estratégias organizadas pelas instituições hospitalares para minimizar os fatores da síndrome diminuem o estresse laboral, sendo a prevenção à maneira mais eficaz para evitar o desenvolvimento de Burnout na equipe de enfermagem.

Abstract:
Objective: To identify in the national scientific production the risks for Burnout in the nursing team in the hospital environment. Methods: an integrative review study that approached the three triggering factors of the syndrome: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. From the scientific productions searched between 2009-2015, in the SciELO database, four articles were selected, considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: From the 72 articles found, were selected 11 articles for full reading, being discarded seven articles were discarded and four studies were included that approached the risks of Burnout in the nursing team in the hospital environment. In sequence the articles selected in the study formed the discussion of the analysis based on the three triggering factors of Burnout syndrome: emotional exhaustion; depersonalization; reduction of personal and professional achievement. Final considerations: The study showed that strategies organized by hospital institutions to minimize the factors of the syndrome reduce work stress, being the prevention is the most effective way to prevent the development of Burnout in the nursing team.
