Bibliometric analysis of scientific productions published in the field of Seget in the thematic area of People Management
O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar as produções cientificas publicadas nos anais do Simpósio de Excelência em Gestão e Tecnologia (SEGET) na área temática de Gestão de Pessoas no período de 2009 a 2018 indicando possíveis tendências para área de Gestão de Pessoas. Para atingir o objetivo proposto utilizou-se como procedimentos metodológicos pesquisa bibliométrica. Para Oliveira et al. (2009) este tipo de pesquisa “é utilizada para quantificar processo de comunicação escrita e o uso de indicadores bibliométricos para medir a produção cientifica”. Para facilitar o processo de análise das informações coletadas foram estabelecidas categorias de análise considerando os processos de gestão de pessoas definidos por Chiavenato (2004), relacionando o tema do artigo com o processo de gestão de pessoas. A coleta de dados identificou 460 artigos na área temática da Gestão de Pessoas. Resultados apontam para a tendência das produções cientificas no âmbito da Gestão de Pessoas estarem centralizados nos seguintes processos: desenvolver; manter e agregar pessoas que se relacionam com os temas: treinamento e desenvolvimento; formação e aprendizagem; relacionamento no ambiente de trabalho; gestão de conflitos; segurança e qualidade de vida no trabalho; recrutamento e seleção de pessoas.

Abstract:
This article aims to identify the scientific productions published in the guidelines of the Symposium of Excellence in Management and Technology (SEGET) in the thematic area of People Management in the period from 2009 to 2018 indicating possible trends for the area of People Management. To achieve the proposed objective, bibliometric research was used as methodological procedures. This article aims to identify the scientific productions published in the guidelines of the Symposium of Excellence in Management and Technology (SEGET) in the thematic area of People Management in the period from 2009 to 2018 indicating possible trends for the area of People Management. To achieve the proposed objective, bibliometric research was used as methodological procedures. Data collection identified 460 articles in the thematic area of People Management. Results point to the trend of scientific productions in the scope of People Management being centered on the following processes: develop; maintain and aggregate people who relate to the themes: training and development; training and learning; relationship in the workplace; conflict management; safety and quality of life at work; recruitment and selection of people.
