Abstract: The baseball didactic plan is structured over eight progressive weeks, aimed at teaching the essential technical and tactical fundamentals of the game within the educational setting. An active and cooperative pedagogical approach is adopted, adapted to school environments and focused on motor development, game understanding, and teamwork. Each week addresses a specific technical component, including a related warm-up and a sequence of fifteen progressive activities. Topics covered include rules and game roles, basic defensive positioning, throwing technique, catching, batting, base running, small-sided games, and a final recreational session. Activities use accessible materials such as soft balls, plastic bats, cones, and vests to ensure safety and inclusive participation. The methodology promotes role rotation, effort self-regulation, and decision-making in real game situations. Cooperation is emphasized over competition, with a focus on turn-taking, peer communication, and shared responsibility. In the final week, an adapted recreational tournament is proposed, allowing students to apply their learning in a relaxed and reflective environment. Values such as empathy, commitment, teamwork, and enjoyment of physical activity are reinforced. Baseball is thus presented as a comprehensive educational tool that supports students’ physical, social, and emotional development through a playful, inclusive, and formative approach.
