Abstract: A research study has been conducted to implement a new online Educational Strategy , the application of the educational proposals called BEBETECAS and virtual PAIDOTECAS with a parental base to favor the integral development of infants under 6 years of age in two age groups constituted by the I cycle (0 to 2 years) and II cycle (3 to 5 years) of regular basic education, with the participation of the students of the Professional School of Initial Education as an alternative strategy to deal with child confinement due to the health emergency. The methodology used was the pre-experimental design and the sample population was made up of 65 families with infants from 0 to 6 years old who participated in the Bebetecas and Paidotecas organized by the students of VI and VIII of the Professional School of Initial Education during the semester. 2021. It is concluded that the application of the parent-based virtual baby library and paedotheque proposals improves the comprehensive development of infants, since the pretest and posttest results show that there is a significant difference in the improvement of the comprehensive development of children of 2 years and 5 years, respectively, accepting the proposed hypothesis.
