Bases filosóficas das Psicologias Humanistas, Fenomenológicas e Existencialistas: a importância na formação de psicoterapeutas iniciantes
A Psicologia Clínica estabeleceu-se no Brasil em meados de 1960. Durante décadas, tornou-se o campo de atuação com maior visibilidade. O crescimento da quantidade de cursos ofertados de Psicologia e, portanto, o aumento de psicoterapeutas é evidente. Um dos arcabouços teóricos e técnicos utilizados por esses profissionais é a abordagem dita humanista cujas bases filosóficas são as fenomenológicas e existencialistas. Objetiva-se, destarte, compreender o aprofundamento teórico de profissionais recém-formados e alunos-estagiários. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura a fim de verificar os periódicos que discorrem sobre as repercussões da compreensão das bases filosóficas na formação do psicoterapeuta. Os critérios de inclusão foram publicações no idioma português relacionadas à área de Psicologia no período de 1999 a 2019. Foram identificados sete artigos, os quais compuseram a amostra do estudo. Os resultados apontaram um número reduzido de publicações, demonstrando que o interesse dos pesquisadores acerca desta temática é recente. Ademais, percebeu-se que diversos fatores podem influenciar a apreensão desses conhecimentos – para além da grade curricular – tais como a diversidade de abordagens teóricas com fundamentos epistemológicos bastante diferentes, os conteúdos específicos de cada campo de atuação e a carga-horária curricular elevada. Compreendeu-se, então, a necessidade de estruturar ementas das disciplinas de teorias e práticas psicoterápicas de que enfatizem as bases filosóficas fenomenológicas e existencialistas, vislumbrando a formação de profissionais mais seguros e mais éticos em sua prática psicoterapêutica. Espera-se que esta investigação científica contribua substancialmente para novas reflexões referentes à formação profissional de psicólogos clínicos.

Abstract:
The Clinical Psychology established in Brazil in the mid-1960s. For decades, it has become the most visible field of activity. The growth in the number of courses offered in psychology and, as consequence, the increase in psychotherapists, is evident. One of the theoretical and technical frameworks used by these professionals is the so-called humanist approach which philosophical basis are the phenomenological and existentialist ones. Therefore, the objective is to understand the theoretical and technical deepening of the student-interns who work in the psychology services of the clinical school. For this, it was accomplished an integrative literature review to verify the academic journals that discuss the repercussions of understanding of the philosophical basis in the formation of the psychotherapist. The inclusion criteria were publications in the Portuguese language related to the area of Psychology from 1999 to 2019. Seven articles have been identified, which comprised the study sample. The results showed a small number of publications, demonstrating that the researcher’s interest in this subject is recent. Moreover, it was realized that several factors could influence the perception of this knowledge - beyond the curricular grid - such as the diversity of theoretical approaches with quite different epistemological foundations, and as the specific contents of each field of action and the high curricular workload. It was then understood the need to structure menus of the disciplines of psychotherapeutic theory and practice that emphasize the phenomenological and existentialist philosophical basis, envisaging the formation of safer and more ethical professionals in their psychotherapeutic practice. This scientific research expects to contribute substantially to further reflections regarding the professional training of clinical psychologists.
