BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR: IMPLICAÇÕES NO SISTEMA DE AVALIAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA- SAEB
O ensaio discorre sobre os impactos
que o Sistema de Avaliação da Educação Básica
sofrerá em decorrência da implantação da Base
Nacional Comum Curricular para Educação
Infantil e Ensino fundamental, aprovada em
dezembro de 2017.Tem-se como objetivo
discorrer sobre as mudanças que ocorrerão
no Sistema de Avaliação da Educação Básica
após homologação da BNCC. O texto dará
continuidade à pesquisa intitulada: A Prova
Brasil como política de avaliação em larga
escala: implicações sobre o currículo escolar e
o trabalho pedagógico em escolas municipais
de Rio Branco/AC que foi desenvolvida no
Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, na
Universidade Federal do Acre e está vinculada
a linha de pesquisa Políticas e Gestão
Educacional. Após as considerações iniciais,
o texto aborda alguns pressupostos acerca da
Avaliação em Larga Escala, seguido de um
breve histórico sobre a institucionalização do
Saeb no Brasil e finalizando com as indicações
de mudanças no Saeb no contexto da BNCC.
Conclui-se apresentando que embora as
avaliações que já compõem o Sistema de
Avaliação da Educação Básica passem por
alguns ajustes, a mudança de maior relevância
será a implantação da Avaliação Nacional da
Educação Infantil (ANEI), prevista para 2021

Abstract:
The essay discusses the impacts
that the Basic Education Assessment System
will suffer as a result of the implementation
of the National Curricular Common Base for
Early Childhood Education and Elementary
Education, approved in December 2017. The
objective is to discuss the changes that will
occur in the Basic Education Assessment
System after BNCC homologation. The text will
continue the research titled: The Brazil Proof
as a large-scale evaluation policy: implications
on the school curriculum and pedagogical work
in municipal schools in Rio Branco / AC that
was developed in the Graduate Program in
Education, in the Federal University of Acre and is linked to the line of research Policies
and Educational Management. After the initial considerations, the text addresses some
assumptions about the Large Scale Evaluation, followed by a brief history about the
institutionalization of Saeb in Brazil and ending with the indications of changes in Saeb
in the BNCC context. It concludes by showing that although the assessments that
already make up the Basic Education Assessment System undergo some adjustments,
the most relevant change will be the implementation of the National Assessment of
Early Childhood Education (ANEI), scheduled for 2021
