AVALIAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS FARMACÊUTICOS NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE AO PACIENTE COM TUBERCULOSE E HANSENÍASE
A atenção farmacêutica tem por objetivo, atender as necessidades individuais de cada pessoa, visando adotar práticas de atendimento que culminem com o sucesso no tratamento de hanseníase e tuberculose, de modo que a utilização correta dos fármacos, evita diversas reações indesejadas durante a recuperação do paciente, reações essas, que podem até mesmo ocasionar prejuízos a saúde e prolongar o sofrimento. Desta forma, pensando no bem estar do paciente, foi realizado uma pesquisa na cidade de Foz do Iguaçu, no centro de apoio ao portador de tuberculose e hanseníase, afim de averiguar como estaria sendo realizado o atendimento pelo farmacêutico incumbido de acompanhar o tratamento. Foi constatado, através de entrevista com o profissional responsável pelo centro, que não ocorre esse acompanhamento, colocando em dúvida se os pacientes recebem as orientações corretamente quanto a medicação a ser administrada. Quando não se há atenção farmacêutica adequada, muitas dúvidas acabam surgindo durante o tratamento, como também podem surgir reações desagradáveis provenientes da medicação ou até mesmo de uma possível interação medicamentosa e alergias, que podem culminar no abandono do tratamento, lembrando que o uso incorreto dos fármacos pode ocasionar na resistência bacteriana, dificultando na melhora do paciente.

Abstract:
Pharmaceutical care aims to meet the individual needs of each person, with a view to adopting care practices that culminate in the successful treatment of leprosy and tuberculosis, so that the correct use of drugs, prevents several unwanted reactions during the recovery of the patient, these reactions, which can even cause damage to health and prolong suffering. Thus, thinking about the patient's well-being, a research was carried out in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, at the support center for tuberculosis and leprosy patients, in order to find out how the service would be carried out by the pharmacist in charge of monitoring the treatment. It was found, through an interview with the professional responsible for the center, that this monitoring does not take place, putting in doubt whether patients receive the guidelines correctly regarding the medication to be administered. When adequate pharmaceutical care is not available, many doubts arise during treatment, as well as unpleasant reactions arising from medication or even a possible drug interaction and allergies, which may culminate in treatment abandonment, remembering that the incorrect use of drugs can cause bacterial resistance, making it difficult to improve the patient.
