AVALIAÇÃO DE DESGASTE ENTRE TINTA NATURAL E USUAL, COM BASE EM TINTA DE TERRA: MEDIÇÃO DE REFLETÂNCIA, UMIDADE E DESGASTE
Esse trabalho tem como objetivo comparar uma tinta comercial com uma tinta natural (no modelo de tintas de terra, utilizando apenas água, cola branca, a substituição de terra por corante líquido azul) feita com cascas de banana e laranja que foram moídas e posteriormente peneiradas até atingirem um tamanho de 1 mm de diâmetro, obtendo nesse tamanho um melhor aproveitamento para a pintura, com parâmetro de comparar o desgaste entre os dois modelos de tintas, bem como a comparação de desgaste e umidade tanto em ambiente controlado como externo; assim como a presença de fissuras; análise de homogeneidade após a pintura e secagem. Em primeiro plano para a medição de desgaste utilizou-se o aparelho Espectrômetro portátil Alta II, onde foi identificado uma maior refletância na tinta comercial em ambiente controlado e externo, o teste de umidade foi realizado por balanças onde as placas que possuíam tinta industrial tiveram os menores índices já as naturais em sua maioria obtiveram pouca perca de umidade, já o teste de fissuras por réguas não foram encontradas quaisquer danos as superfícies e por último foi observada a homogeneidade após a aplicação nas placas, sendo verificado que a tinta natural obteve um estilo de pintura conhecida como Gotelé se diferenciando dos modelos tradicionais. De modo geral as tintas naturais têm menor aproveitamento em testes que as industriais, porém por não possuírem diversos agentes químicos nocivos ao meio ambiente e a vida humana são uma alternativa viável para decorações artísticas.

Abstract:
This paper aims to compare a commercial paint with a natural paint (in the earth paint model, using only water, white glue, replacing earth with blue liquid dye) made with banana and orange peels that were ground and later sieved. until they reach a size of 1 mm in diameter, obtaining in this size a better use for painting, with a parameter to compare the wear between the two paint models, as well as the comparison of wear and humidity both in a controlled and external environment; as well as the presence of cracks; Homogeneity analysis after painting and drying. In the foreground for the measurement of wear, the Alta II portable spectrometer device was used, where a greater reflectance was identified in the commercial paint in a controlled and external environment, the humidity test was carried out by scales where the plates that had industrial paint had the lower indexes since the natural ones mostly obtained little moisture loss, since the crack test by rulers no damage to the surfaces was found and finally the homogeneity was observed after application on the plates, being verified that the natural paint obtained a style painting known as Gotelé differing from the traditional models. In general, natural paints have less use in tests than industrial paints, but because they do not have several chemical agents harmful to the environment and human life, they are a viable alternative for artistic decorations.
