AVALIAÇÃO DA FUNCIONALIDADE ARQUITETÔNICA EM HABITAÇÕES DE DIMENSÕES REDUZIDAS DE FLORIANÓPOLIS
Este artigo apresenta parte dos resultados da pesquisa sobre a avaliação das habitações de dimensões reduzidas em edifícios multifamiliares, por meio de análise da funcionalidade arquitetônica. Nesse método de Avaliação da Funcionalidade Arquitetônica pretende-se identificar o desempenho de seis estudos de caso, sendo três de categoria Unidade Integrada e três Unidades com um dormitório. Os resultados mostram que os espaços com dimensões reduzidas induzem a sobreposição de usos, por meio de mobiliário e equipamentos com multifuncionalidade, de modo a atender a diversidade das atividades domésticas. No entanto, cabe aos projetistas ampliar as possibilidades de transformações da unidade e dos elementos construtivos, propondo a previsão de dispositivos para a viabilidade da personalização e adequação dos espaços às necessidades mutáveis dos usuários.

Abstract:
This article presents part of the results of the research on the evaluation of reduced dwellings in multifamily buildings through the analysis of architectural functionality. These methods seek to analyze the architectural functionality we intend to identify the performance of residential units, considering functional attributes. The results show that the spaces with reduced dimensions induce the overlapping of uses, by means of multifunctional furniture and equipment, in order to fulfill the various household requirements. However, it is up to the designers to expand the transformation possibilities of the unit and of its constructive elements, laying the foundations for the personalization and adjustment of the spaces to the changing needs of its users.
