Abstract: Autism has gained great visibility in society in the 21st century, seen not only in the educational sphere, but throughout the population, so work with autistic children does not depend only on the school but on more professionals such as psychologists, physiotherapists and the family. Given this perspective, the study of this article justifies the approach to the topic, autism in early childhood education, seeking to delve into the differences in the school context is of utmost importance, challenging the school to review conceptions and paradigms and also create inclusive spaces, in order to respect and value diversity among students. The general objective is to address inclusive education, with an emphasis on auxiliary actions in the process of teaching autism, awakening interest in the studies of these students and the human side of everyone involved. The methodology used is of a bibliographic nature with authors in the area such as thoughts by Freire (1996); Mantoan (2003); Mazzotta (2003); Orrú (2009) and Perrenoud (2000). Concluding with the study the importance of including these students, the teacher's role within the classroom and his way of approaching teachings towards autistic students.
