ATUAÇÃO INOVADORA DO GESTOR E APOIO AO COORDENADOR DE TECNOLOGIA EDUCACIONAL EM PROJETOS TECNOLÓGICOS
Este artigo propõe uma discussão sobre as necessidades contemporâneas na área social e profissional e a urgência da escola se adequar a elas. A escola não pode ficar à parte da sociedade, pois ela está inserida nesta. E é uma instituição importante porque forma as pessoas que exercerão suas atividades com habilidades específicas do século XXI. Estas pessoas precisam ser preparadas para exercerem suas funções neste século. As demandas são outras a escola precisa inovar em sua metodologia, repensar os conteúdos e inserir as TICs no contexto escolar. O gestor deve ter este olhar inovador, apoiar a implantação de projetos em tecnologias digitais. Reconhecer a importância do Coordenador em Tecnologias Educacionais, este profissional tem o conhecimento para implantar e implementar as TICs. E coordenar todas as etapas do projeto: diagnóstico, capacitação dos professores, escolha dos softwares, implantação, avaliação e replanejamento do mesmo. Uma educação inovadora com utilização das tecnologias digitais, com desenvolvimento das competências para o século XXI, estimulando um ensino dinâmico e colaborativo. Uma escola inserida na vida e significativa para alunos, professores e toda a comunidade escolar.

Abstract:
This article proposes a discussion about contemporary needs in the social and professional area and the urgency of the school to adapt to them. The school cannot remain apart from society, as it is inserted in it. And it is an important institution because it trains people who will carry out their activities with specific 21st century skills. These people need to be prepared to perform their duties in this century. The demands are different, the school needs to innovate in its methodology, rethink the contents and insert the ICTs in the school context. The manager must have this innovative look, supporting the implementation of projects in digital technologies. Recognizing the importance of the Coordinator in Educational Technologies, this professional has the knowledge to implement and implement ICTs. And coordinate all stages of the project: diagnosis, teacher training, choice of software, implementation, evaluation and re-planning. An innovative education with the use of digital technologies, with the development of skills for the 21st century, stimulating a dynamic and collaborative teaching. A school inserted in life and meaningful for students, teachers and the entire school community
